A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Raimund Krines, Krines Rattan, Zeller Str. 13, 97522 Sand a. Main, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0)9524 82300, Email: info@krines-rattan.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You may also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website at www.krines-home.de/rechtliches/widerrufsformular/. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by email) of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning goods that, due to their nature, can normally be returned by post. You will bear the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (freight items), which are estimated at a maximum of approximately €89 per item.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
General Information
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
