Freight Shipments

Products exceeding the dimensions of 120 × 60 × 60 cm or weighing over 30 kg are shipped safely and reliably via freight carrier.

To ensure your order arrives securely, the freight company will contact you in advance to arrange an individual delivery appointment. This guarantees that you can personally receive your goods.

Important information about freight delivery:

• Individual appointment scheduling – You will receive a phone call or email to arrange the delivery date

• Curbside delivery – Delivery is made to the nearest curb in front of your house (standard delivery option)

• Secure packaging – Your products are carefully packed on pallets or in suitable transport packaging

Delivery time: Freight shipments usually have a delivery time of 3–7 business days after payment has been received.

International Orders

Would you like to place an order to another country? Please contact us before placing your order by sending an email to info@krines-home.de and provide us with the following details:

• the item (including item name or item number)

• the quantity

• the delivery address with country and postal code

We will promptly check whether shipping to the desired country is possible.
If delivery is feasible, we will inform you of the shipping costs. Please note that we must first confirm the shipping options and costs with our logistics partner in advance.

Payment via Prepayment / Bank Transfer

You have the option to pay for your order conveniently by prepayment.
After completing your order, you will receive all necessary banking details from us via email. Then simply transfer the invoice amount, including your order number as a reference.

As soon as your payment has been received, your order will be processed immediately and prepared for shipping.
