Freight Deliveries

We reliably ship products that exceed the dimensions of 120 × 60 × 60 cm or weigh more than 30 kg via freight carrier.

To ensure your order arrives safely, the freight carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery appointment. This ensures that you can personally receive your shipment.

Important information about freight deliveries:

• Scheduled delivery appointment – You will receive a phone call or email to arrange a delivery date.
• Kerbside delivery – Standard delivery is made to the kerbside in front of your property.
• Secure packaging – Your products are carefully packed on pallets or in suitable transport packaging.

Delivery time: Freight shipments are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after payment has been received.
